Returns and exchange
Every piece is handmade, and many are one of a kind. Please ask all your questions about a piece before it is shipped. I will take and send any additional photos and videos of the piece on request: by email at ombra23@mail.ru or by private message on VKontakte (https://vk.ru/ombrads).
Cancelling an order
You may cancel your order at any time before it is handed over to the carrier. Please write to me by email or on VKontakte, and I will refund the amount you paid.
Items of proper quality
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, items of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or has a defect:
- Record the problem on photo or video when you receive the parcel.
- Write to ombra23@mail.ru promptly after receiving it. Please include your order number, a description of the problem and your photos or videos.
- I will review your claim within 10 calendar days.
If a defect in the item is confirmed, I will, at my own expense, repair or replace the item, or refund the full cost of the item and its delivery. If the damage occurred in transit, I will file a claim with the carrier, and we will agree on a solution individually, depending on the circumstances.
Returning an item and refunds
Return shipments are agreed in advance by email. The item is packed in its original packaging and sent to: Russia, Krasnodar Krai, Tuapse (full recipient details are sent in my reply). When a refund is due, it is paid within 10 calendar days after I receive and inspect the returned item. In your request, please include your full name, order number, reason and the payment details for the refund.
